Powders play an important role in the kitchen both for the ability to flavor dishes and to perfume them and to give a touch of color that illuminates and enriches the chromaticity of the presentation. They can also be used in dessert dough, to flavor butter and cheese, special on beef tartare, bruschetta with tomato, on pasta and in any type of dish. In particular, orange and lemon powders are well suited to pasta and second courses based on fish and find a good application in raw fish. They can be used in creams, in the dough of cakes and biscuits, as a natural flavoring, in a hot chocolate, but also on cheeses, white meats, in salads, marinades, in cereal dishes etc.... All powders are also excellent for the decoration and preparation of the most sought after cocktails.
