Organoleptic analysis:

Translucent amber with good consistency in the glass. A sweet succession of aromas and baroque sensations reminiscent of carobs, dried figs with walnuts and quinces accompanied by cloves.

On the palate is a caressing softness, thoroughly dissolved by an hint of sourness in balance with the good wine's structure.

Rich aftertaste with a pleasant return of sensations already perceived on the nose and with a pleasantly bitter finish
