The Bozzovich Selection, a synergy between art and wine: a flowing and elegant female figure in true Art Nouveau style conveys the seductive nature of the Bozzovich wines, whose captivating label is a restyling of the original poster commissioned by the Ocone family in the aftermath of WWI to advertise their wines.

Bozzovich Nero: Produced from a blend of native red grape varieties cultivated in the province of Benevento (mainly Aglianico & Piedirosso), Bozzovich Nero is ruby red in color. On the nose, it offers hints of red fruit in spirit and blackberry, with floral overtones of dried violets. Notes of dried fruit (carob), spices (cloves and licorice), chocolate, tobacco, and caramel, complete its aroma. On the palate, it has a full and pleasantly soft body, elegant and slightly astringent. Ideal with elaborate first courses, meat dishes and mature cheeses.

Bozzovich Bianco: Produced from a blend of native white grape varieties cultivated in the province of Benevento (mainly Falanghina), Bozzovich Bianco is straw yellow in color. On the nose, it offers hints of floral scents that recall hawthorn, acacia, and orange blossoms, accompanied by elegant vegetal notes. The fruity component is characterized by overtones of apple and grapefruit, accompanied by a delicate scent of passion fruit. On the palate, is fresh and full of flavor, combined with a full, round body that is pleasantly soft and satisfying. Ideal with fish and traditional Italian style (cold cuts) starters, first courses with vegetable sauces, white meat and fish dishes, and fresh, medium-mature cheeses and blue cheeses.

Bozzovich Rosé: Produced from a blend of native red grape varieties cultivated in the province of Benevento (Aglianico and Piedirosso) Bozzovich Rosé is a delicate light pink in color. On the nose, it is intense and persistent, evoking floral hints of roses and violets, accompanied by overtones of red currant and pomegranate. On the palate, it is well-balanced. An intriguing structure, fresh and sapid with a slight tannic finish. Ideal with well-structured first courses, elaborate fish and white meat dishes. Pairs well with medium-mature cheeses.

Bozzovich Sparkling Wine Extra Dry Produced with the native grape variety Falanghina with the addition of a small percentage of Moscato Bianco, Bozzovich Sparkling Wine is pale straw- yellow in color with a fine persistent perlage. On the nose, it is elegant with a subtle hint of sage and other aromatic herbs, accompanied by a pleasant perception of white fruit in particular apple and peach. On the palate, it is pleasantly acidic and sapid, with a balanced sweet note that enhances the natural aroma and softness of the sparkling wine. Ideal with spoon desserts, pastries and tarts.
