San Daniele DOP ham

Ingredients: Italian pork leg (from Friuli Venezia-Giulia) and sea salt. Without gluten, allergens, additives, preservatives and dyes.

Shelf Life: up to 24 months. From the first cut: 3 months.

Average weight: 9.5-11.5 kg. Packed in boxes of 2 pieces each (volume: cm 80x40x20).

The product can be stored at room temperature, not exceeding +20°C. Once you have started cutting, store in a refrigerated room (between +1°C and +7°C), covering the ham with a dry cotton cloth.

MAX production capacity: 3.000 pieces/year
