Molise holds 40% of the national production for all varieties of truffles, being, for this reason, the first producing region in Italy. Angelo wanted to personally guarantee the products developed starting from family recipes implemented over time. All products such as Truffles, Mushrooms, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Caciocavallo are of the highest quality, controlled and guaranteed of Molise origin.
