FURENTE WOOD AND SMOKE LIQUOR

Furente is a liquor characterized by wood and smoke.

THE WOODY NOTES are given by a maceration in alchol of a oak wood cask in which a whiskey has been Made to rest and a maceration of a wood previously charred.

THE SMOKY NOTES are still given by a Black Tea which is a chinese tea that is first oxidized, then dried and finally smoked with a pine wood; we have an infusion of tobacco leaves in water, all softened by a maceration of sicilian agave.

DRINK FURENTE straight after dinner.
