An extra virgin olive oil (evo) that is elegant and harmonious. Herbaceous flavors, artichoke and fresh almond, followed by scents of rocket and tomato. Perfect balance between bitter and spicy. Emerald green color with golden reflections, medium-low fluidity.

Pairings
An extra virgin olive oil (evo) perfect on appetizers
and seafood salads, first courses with shellfish, steamed fish, roast chicken and rabbit, raw or steamed vegetables and any dish with a simple structure.

Peranzana
