Sweva

This is the beer par excellence, with a golden yellow colour and fine and lasting white head.
The nose gives an elegant balance of malted notes, that recall fresh-baked bread, and the grassy notes of the hops.
The mouthfeel is velvety, with the initial sweetness balanced by a bitter hint that gives a refreshing finish.

The light body and dryness make this beer extremely drinkable.

Homage to Frederick II of Swabia, enlightened Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire, who loved Puglia and whose barleys we use to make this beer.
