Day 1 - Upon your arrival at Fiumicino airport, you will be greeted by an assistant and, by private coach, transferred to the reserved villa, where you will find welcome refreshments. The rest of the day is at your leisure! Dinner in the villa.

Day 2-

With a private coach you will be transferred to Orvieto. A few kilometers separate Orvieto from the town of Porano: surrounded by a breathtaking landscape, the first cooking class will be held in the house of a farm, where the wheat for bread and pasta is produced. After an introduction to the particular type of wheat produced, handmade pasta and bread are prepared while sipping a glass of wine, listening to soft music... And then, at lunch time, they all sit around a set table.

In the afternoon a guide will accompany you to visit the beauties of Orvieto. the Duomo will capture your attention as the city's first attraction. Dating back to 1263, it is undoubtedly the most important architectural landmark in the city, with its splendid Gothic façade and the richness of its ornaments and internal chapels. A relaxing walk in the ancient village will reveal the whole city to you.

Day 3 - Lake Trasimeno, and the region is crossed by several rivers. Thanks to these, Umbrian cuisine boasts tastings of dishes based on freshwater fish.

Transfer by private coach to Lake Trasimeno, where a guide will be waiting for you and boarding for a mini-cruise on the lake with a private boat. Stop at Isola Maggiore, the only inhabited center of the three islands overlooking the lake.

Isola is a small and uncontaminated village where 16 people live today. Lunch at the restaurant with lake fish. On the way back, stop in Castiglione del Lago. Enclosed by medieval walls, this lively town is known for its shopping and a visit to the Palazzo della Corgna cannot be missed. Dinner in a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven. Plus, indulge in some great local beer without worrying about the return journey. After dinner at the pizzeria, you will be taken back to your villa by your private driver!

Day 4 -

In the comfortable atmosphere of the villa, with the help of a "mum" you will discover all the secrets for cooking vegetables in many different ways depending on the seasonal product and enjoy a colorful lunch served in the garden of the villa. The rest of the day will be at your leisure. Candlelit dinner with live music in the villa.

Day 5 – Perugina A visit to this incredible place will begin with a tour of the Perugina Museum, where you will learn all about how a single cocoa bean is magically transformed into rich chocolate. To make the experience more interesting, the visit is combined with a tasting and a chocolate lesson held by the master chocolatier Perugina, who not only explains the fundamental techniques of chocolate making step by step. Dinner in the villa.

Day 6 - Sagrantino tasting visit and other wines of the area will be the best way to appreciate the ancient relationship between this nectar and its birthplace. At lunchtime, stop at a local farmhouse for a light lunch and a Sagrantino wine tasting. In the afternoon visit to a farm that practices organic and biodynamic agriculture with horses and geese as "special partners". A nice carriage ride through the vineyards will complete this fantastic experience before tasting a delicious wine! Dinner in the villa

Day 7 - Assisi - A half-day guided tour of the city will allow you to fully understand the spirit of the place. A light lunch will be served in the local wine shop, a place full of atmosphere, good food and excellent wine. Upon returning to the villa, a cooking class based on medieval recipes will be held by a chef from the Culinary University of Perugia. This evening the candlelit dinner will be based on medieval dishes.

8th day – After breakfast, transfer to the airport by private coach.
