Young wines

Current vintages: 2023  

WHITE:

Gewürztraminer and Muscat, from Muscat vines in sandy soil and Gewürztraminer on white clay. Young vines, 100% native yeast, 50% permanent cover crop. 

Oenology: Direct press for each variety, fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Each variety is processed separately, fermented with native yeast and worked with lees for two months with weekly batonage.  

Tasting notes: Clear and bright yellow colour, aromas of tropical and citric fruits like passion fruit, mango, papaya, mandarin and lime. On the palate it is fresh but persistent, with a good balance between acidity and structure.

ROSE:

Syrah and Garnacha, from young vines in white clay soils, selected plots. 100% native yeast, 50% permanent cover crop.

Oenology: Very short maceration and direct press, fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Each variety is processed separately, fermented with native yeast and worked with lees for two months.

Tasting notes: Clear and bright pink colour, aromatic and fruity, mainly of red fruits. Smooth taste and fresh, with a crunchy well-balanced acidity with long finish.

RED:

Garnacha Tintorera, Syrah and Monastrell, from >20 years old vines in white clay and sandy soils from the valley area. 100% native yeast, 50% permanent cover crop.

Oenology: Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks. Different lengths in maceration process depending on grape variety and soil type... Each variety is processed separately, fermented with native yeast, stored in concrete tanks and worked with lees for two months.

Tasting notes: Rosemary, red plums, violets and strawberries on the nose. Bright and crunchy with a medium body, medium tannins and youthful, floral finish.
