Dr. Sheillah Hlamalani Mboweni brings extensive expertise in teaching and learning within Health Services Management, Health Sciences education, public health, & research focusing on strengthening health systems and combating communicable & non-communicable diseases like HIV, COVID-19, & TB, including adolescents & young adult health. Holding a level 5 Scopus index, she has contributed to various peer-reviewed journals as an author and reviewer. Engaged in prestigious organizations like SIGMA Theta Tau Chi XI, South Africa HIV Clinician Society & NEA. She mentors research integrity in SARIMA and presents her work at national & international conferences. With over 26 years of experience spanning public and private sectors in South Africa, including roles within PEPFAR-funded organizations like Aurum and CDC, she now serves as a senior lecturer at the University of South Africa.
