She holds a PhD in Business Administration and a Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis on Project Management. Professor and researcher in Business Administration with 18 years of experience in the corporate environment - she has worked in multinationals such as Accenture, Itaú and Telefónica. She teaches several disciplines in Administration and Business, such as Human Resources Management, Marketing, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management and Diversity Management. She has several publications in journals and international conferences of high scientific impact and has participated in several round tables and panels on diversity, ESG, HR Management and the participation of companies in sustainable development, based on diversity and inclusion. Her research areas are Diversity Management and the Impact of Race Relations in the Corporate Area, Innovation, CRM & Relationship Marketing and Entrepreneurship. In addition to her work as a professor and researcher, she works to raise awareness and scientific dissemination for the implementation of anti-racist and inclusive initiatives in the corporate world.
