COBUCO is a first-degree Limited Cooperative Society, recognized as a producer organization in the fruit and vegetables category (OPFH). We have 4,177 hectares of almond trees, 500 hectares of apricot trees and 150 hectares of peach trees. Since 1998, we transform apricots through a creaming line into puree. The final use of this puree is to make juices, nectars, jams, compotes, fruit creams, yogurts with fruit, ice cream, etc.
