About

At *OPTICmizing-CIRTTA, a research project of the Department of Science and Technology of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, ​​we are dedicated to the research and development of advanced optical technologies that optimize industrial processes. The group's research focuses on the development and application of optical sensors for online monitoring and control of food processing*, as well as for the real-time quantification of food chemical compounds and the evaluation of their functional and/or technological properties.
