MWC Open Innovation Challenge 2026

HOW IT WORKS?

The MWC Open Innovation Challenge 2025 is organized by ACCIÓ, a department of the Catalan Government's Ministry of Enterprise and Labour partnering with the Enterprise Europe Network, the largest business support network worldwide.

Why participate? 

  • It is unique ocassion to connect with large companies, SMEs and public entities lookig for new technologies.

  • You will get a personalised B2B agenda according to your interests & availability.

  • The participation is free of charge. Remember that you can also participate 100% online, in this case, all your meetings will be held online.

  • 30 minutes run fast, but they are crucial for building initial connections as they provide a targeted way to meet potential collaboration partners, allowing participants to quickly evaluate each other's interests and expertise, based on the launched challenges.

How to participate?

  1. Register on the platform as a tech or solution provider and complete your profile. Rember ONLY ONE participant per company is allowed to register, nevertheless, during the meetings more than one person per company is allowed to participate.

  2. Create your profile to showcase who you are and your technological skills

    Create a clear and concise profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. Don’t forget to add a pitch, biography, and your technological skills to your profile. A good networking profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.

  3. Select your preference for meeting format: physical, online, or both on 'My availability' section. Physical meetings will take place at ACCIO's stand at the 4YFN Congress (Hall 8) and online meetings will be hold through the b2match platform.

  4. Once your profile is validated, you can start requesting meetings with the corporates whose challenges are aligned with your technological capabilities.

  5. The corporation presenting the challenge has the final say. They will choose the providers they want to meet with and accept meeting requests accordingly. The meeting time slot will be provided upon acceptance.

  6. My schedule and meetings overview

    Access your meetings in My Schedule or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event, as well as the list of your meetings. If it is a virtual meeting, check your camera and microphone before joining, and don't be late!
