MediTheka - Automated pharmacy

The machine is able to accept medicines and medicinal products in box-shaped packaging in bulk, which are identified by reading the DataMatrix code on the box with the help of a robotic arm or manipulator. The system also records the expiration date of the products and then stores it, based on which the storage location is determined according to the FIFO principles. If necessary, the equipment rearranges the stored boxes.

If the non-prescription product does not contain a DataMatrix code, or the reading of the code cannot be done, the operator can manually enter the necessary data for the system, so that these products can also be handled by the equipment.

The system has self-developed WMS (warehouse management software), which can be connected to the existing systems of our partners through interfaces designed based on individual needs.
