I've been running my tool and part making company for almost 30 years. It started as a one-person business and has now developed into a company of 20 people.
My organisation
Ouri companies, Kaposbrezon Ltd. and Dovi-Plast Ltd. have decades of experience in designing, manufacturing and even converting moulds. Our main activity is tool making, but we are also active in metalworking and manufacturing plastic products. We are mainly specialized in the production of plastic injection moulding tools, and we also produce: die punching, cutting-punching, aluminum injection moulding, extruder, die-casting tools and coquille moulds. Injection molding machines undergo trial manufacturing, so our partners take over the tool after successful trial manufacturing. We produce machining tool sheets and other parts at our CNC centres (brand: Nakamura and Okuma Multus). Quality control is carried out using a HEXAGON 3D measuring machine. We provide the following services: CNC milling, CNC turning, laser welding, laser engraving, wire milling, block milling, turning, mantle grinding, plastic product manufacturing, injection moulding and design. We have ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.
