The Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), together with Regions of Blekinge, Halland, Kronoberg, Skåne, Almi Southern Sweden, Enterprise Europe Network and the Municipality of Karlskrona, are proud to invite you to a matchmaking and networking event in Karlskrona. This lunch-to-lunch gathering, held on September 29–30, 2025, is designed to create tangible opportunities for cooperation between Swedish and Polish companies and investors.

This initiative serves as a concrete platform for B2B meetings, enabling companies to explore synergies that could lead to real business partnerships. The event is open to exporting companies and investors from both countries looking to expand their market presence.

Important information
Registration does not guarantee a spot at the event. Each registration will be processed and validated based on matchmaking relevancy. Please note that maximum two people per company can register due to space limitations.

The matchmaking will concentrate on four key sectors where Polish and Southern Swedish companies share strong mutual interests:

• Technology

• Manufacturing

• Lumber and sustainable construction

• Marine technology

Each sector will bring together relevant companies, institutions, and experts to foster meaningful connections.

Discussions are ongoing with the Polish Embassy in Stockholm and the we expect to gather a select group of 20–40 companies from both Sweden and Poland, with the goal of creating meaningful business connections. In addition to strong regional support, the initiative is being discussed at a national level, with interest from both the Polish Embassy in Stockholm and the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, along with Business Sweden. Academic institutions may also be engaged where relevant to the sectors involved.
