Audit your projects

I have had the pleasure of auditing many very large pharma projects internationally for an AEC firm. The benefit of doing an audit allows you to see where your projects or your overall program could have some improvements, which will offer an opportunity for another set of eyes to help look through your projects and portfolio. In some cases, the simple things that might be too close, can offer a good savings in time and effort. I have used this audit style to also help create some consistency in the project management training and program setup.
