WORKSHOP: The psychic role of the PM/PMO in preparing for due diligence

This experiential session addresses the importance of aligning due diligence expectations between biopharmaceutical companies and investors (i.e., sell and buy side), and translating a sponsor’s story within a virtual due diligence room.
