About

Mbryonics builds the engines of the internet in space. We design, engineer, manufacture and package ultra-high bandwidth, low-SWaP optical systems for our customers’  applications, such as high-throughput hybrid optical/RF satellite systems, mesh networks, relays, and autonomous sensor networks.

We specialise in both the design and MAIT (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration and Test) of optical and photonics systems, from prototyping through to industrial series production. Our designs work in some of the most challenging environments on (and around) Earth: vacuum and radiation tolerance are standard services.

We have more than two decades of experience in research and development on some of the most challenging photonics and optics projects, finding cost effective solutions to new technical challenges. We regularly collaborate and consult with teams that need photonics and optics engineering, or design and manufacturing AIT expertise, from early stage pathfinding to industrial production. We work with major space agencies, private-sector constellation developers, and government bodies to produce cutting-edge equipment for the next generation of optical communications. Let us help bring your innovations to light.
