Radboudumc Investment Day 2025

This event is free of charge, but not without costs!

In order to avoid the waste of food caused by no-shows the organization will charge a fee of EUR 50.- (ex VAT) if you have registered for, but do not attend the dinner (and have not given notice thereof 48 hours before the start of the event + received confimation by email).

We understand that urgent business needs can affect attendance, however, if registered individuals do not show up, and do not have the courtesy to inform us that they are not able to attend, the fee will be charged.

We aim to operate our event in an as sustainable a way as possible and no-show/non-attendance results in incurring costs as well as having to throw food away. Furthermore, the dinner seats are limited and when fully booked we work with a waiting list. It is in also in your interest that you enable us to enhance your event experience by letting us fill registration cancellations from the waiting list.

All attendance cancellations (for the full event, just lunch or just dinner) can ONLY be done via email to marion.schouten@briskr.nl and is final once it has been confirmed by return of email.

This policy comes into effect as of January 1, 2025.

The event will take place in Radboudumc Experience Center, which is situated directly opposite the main entrance of Radboudumc and close to the main parking on the campus. The address is: Geert Grooteplein Zuid 15 in Nijmegen.

Public transport; We advice you to come by public transport. Click here for directions via public transport.

Car; Note that the parking garage nearest to Experience Center is meant for visitors and patients of Radboudumc hospital. You can park your car at the parking areas from Radboud University across the street from entrance East (this is the Heyendaalseweg). The address for the car parks is: Toernooiveld in Nijmegen. Download the file below to see where the parking areas are and how you can walk to the Experience Center in less than 5 minutes.

We will be taking pictures and film for an aftermovie. Please let us know if you do not want to be included in the footage (at the registration desk). And if you do not agree with a picture afterwards, we can always remove it at your request. You can contact Marion at marion.schouten@briskr.nl
