BEYOND is an international Entrepreneurship and Innovation platform, the first of its kind in Southeast Europe and the MENA region, combining hybrid exhibition structure and conference content. 

Designed to meet today's needs, BEYOND brings together the industry's brightest minds, talents and products, showcasing top speakers, the latest technological advancements, and experiential experiences across a variety of technological sectors, providing a platform for innovation, collaboration and networking. With participants from all over the world, it promises to be an exciting and informative event, promoting cross-border cooperation in the field of technology.  

It attracts exhibitors and visitors from the wider region - MENA, Southeast Europe, Cyprus and the Balkans - with the aim of holding important meetings between companies, professionals and states (B2B & B2G). It has been designed and will be developed in 4 main areas: the Exhibitions Sector of Technological Digital Applications, the Conferences & Workshops Sector, the Start-up Sector and the Research Centers & Universities Sector. 

BEYOND has been taking place since 2021 in Thessaloniki, operating as a hub for networking, promoting collaborations, exchanging knowledge, ideas and practical experience among participating exhibitors, visitors and speakers. It is the top meeting point of the brightest minds of the region, the most innovative companies, but also the cutting-edge technologies, with the main goal of being the leading event of its kind in Southeastern Europe, the Mediterranean and the Middle East.  

In order to increase the impact of BEYOND and penetrate even more markets and even larger target groups, the exhibition will be organized in odd-numbered years in Athens and even in Thessaloniki.  

BEYOND 2025 will be held in Athens and will focus on addressing the practical and sometimes harsh realities of artificial intelligence (AI) as it integrates into various aspects of society. The theme is about addressing both the promises and challenges of AI, emphasizing transparency, practical impact, and real-world implications. 

As in the previous 4 editions, the two-day Artificial Intelligence (AI) conference of BEYOND will take place, which will examine the dual nature of artificial intelligence technology and will focus on seven (7) thematic axes of the exhibition, which are: Generative AI. Ethics and Regulatory Framework AI, AI in Healthcare, Cutting-edge AI: Data processing on local devices (edge computing), AI-based automation, AI in Education & AI for Climate Change.  

Also, for the 3rd consecutive year, the High-Level Ministerial Leadership Dialogue will take place as the previous year which was an informal ministerial meeting, attended by ministers and representatives of governments from the Balkans, south-eastern, Europe and Turkey, as well as representatives of international organizations such as the Council of Europe, ENISA, and the ITU.
