The face-to-face meetings will take place at the Booth of the European Commission in the matchmaking zone.

Please note that entry to the Rebuild Ukraine Exhibition for business organizations/SMEs has to be paid in advance.

But if you are a representative of state critical infrastructure, NGOs, or Chambers of Commerce, the entrance ticket is free of charge, but in any case, you have to be registered for the Exhibition website too.

*Visitors who qualify for complimentary access can select the VD ticket category if their profile aligns with one of the following groups:

• Intergovernmental Organisations and Financial Institutions

• States Bodies, Entities and Financial Institutions

• Partner Regions and Municipalities

• Non-Governmental Sector

• Business: Associations, Institutional Investors, and International Development Contractors

* If you have already purchased an entrance ticket for the Exhibition or you are an exhibitor, you don't need any additional tickets.

Once the organizers of the Exhibition receive your payment, they will send you your entry ticket for the ReBuild Ukraine 2025 Exhibition.
