About me
Dr. Andrew Flower has been practicing Chinese medicine for over 30 years. He completed a 5 year NIHR funded post doctoral research project into recurrent UTIs in 2017. Since then he has set up the White Crane Academy of Chinese Herbal Medicine to provide high level training in CHM. In 2009 he completed his PhD at The University of Southampton exploring the role of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of endometriosis. He coordinated an EU project that prepared guidelines to improve the quality of clinical trials into Chinese medicine. Dr. Flower is a past President of the UK Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine and has advised the European Herbal Traditional Practitioners Association on developing research strategies in Europe.
