Kraków - Poznań - Warsaw

WELCOME TO THE ROADSHOW B2B BUY ITALY 2025

The Roadshow B2B BUY ITALY is an exclusive event taking place from November 17th to 19th, 2025.

It is an international B2B event designed to connect the Italian tourism industry with selected professionals from the Polish travel market. Over several days and across key Polish cities, participants will take part in business meetings, networking opportunities, and cultural exchanges that promote Italy as a leading travel destination.

Day 1 – Kraków | Monday, 17 November 2025

The Roadshow begins with the arrival of Italian participants in Kraków. In the evening, a welcome cocktail will offer the first opportunity for networking and informal exchange, in a relaxed atmosphere reserved exclusively for Italian operators.

KRAKÓW

The former capital and cultural heart of Poland, Kraków is one of the country’s most beloved destinations for international visitors. Its UNESCO-listed Old Town, with the Main Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the historic Jewish Quarter of Kazimierz, tells centuries of history and tradition.
Today the city ranks among Europe’s most popular short-break destinations, welcoming over 14 million visitors in 2024, including more than 1.5 million international tourists. Its vibrant cultural scene and wide range of events make Kraków not only a tourist magnet, but also a recognized hub for congresses and fairs.
With its strong air connections to Italy and a growing demand for cultural and gastronomic experiences, Kraków represents a highly attractive market for Italian destinations.

DAY 2 - Poznań | Tuesday, 18 November 2025

The second business day features new B2B sessions, presentations of Italian Regions, and further opportunities for direct exchanges during the Speed Business Meeting.

A lunch will conclude the agenda before the group transfer to Warsaw. In the evening, Italian participants will enjoy free time to discover the city or continue networking informally.

POZNAŃ

A historic and commercial city of great tradition, Poznań is considered one of Poland’s economic capitals. Located in the Wielkopolska region, it combines a picturesque Old Town with a modern and dynamic spirit, shaped by universities, innovation centers, and international trade.
The Poznań International Fair is one of the most important in Central Europe, attracting thousands of exhibitors and visitors from abroad every year. This makes the city a natural meeting point between supply and demand, with a strong international outlook.
With a metropolitan area of over one million inhabitants, Poznań plays a strategic role as a gateway between western Poland and the rest of Europe. Its openness to international travel and events makes it an ideal setting for promoting Italian destinations.

DAY 3 - Warsaw | Wednesday, 19 November 2025

The final day of the Roadshow combines business and networking at the highest level. After the morning at leisure, Italian operators will gather for lunch before meeting Polish buyers in the afternoon B2B sessions. Presentations of Italian Regions and a Speed Business Meeting will complete the agenda. The event will conclude with an aperitif and a large networking cocktail, bringing together industry professionals, institutions, and media representatives.

WARSAW

Poland’s capital and its political, economic, and cultural center, Warsaw is a modern and dynamic metropolis where history meets innovation. The UNESCO-listed Old Town, rebuilt after World War II, stands alongside skyscrapers and new business districts, giving the city a cosmopolitan and forward-looking identity.
Warsaw is the main hub connecting Poland with Italy and the rest of Europe. Each year it welcomes more than 9 million tourists and hosts over 9,000 events and congresses, confirming its role as one of the most active capitals in the European MICE sector.
With a metropolitan population of more than 3 million, Warsaw represents the beating heart of Poland’s tourism demand and a privileged gateway to the rest of the country. The city’s growing interest in Italy as a travel destination makes it a particularly strategic market.
