To be or LSD

During my PhD, I will explore the neural mechanisms elicited by LSD within the whole brain in a complete and unbiased manner. By combining immunohistochemistry techniques with clearing methods and light-sheet microscopy, I will map the whole brain of mice subjected to different doses of LSD. At the behavioural level, I will explore their spontaneous behaviour as well as their decision-making process and exploration rate within an alternative forced-choice task. Finally, I aim to explore the neural circuits and behaviours modulated by LSD in the long term-
