An open-minded PhD Student, interested in behavioral neuroscience, especially tests standarization and practical application of the fundamental 3R Principles.
I started working in Biology of Astrocytes Research Group (led by Dr Michał Ślęzak) as an intern while still finishing my Master’s degree. During this time both individual and social behavior analysis in rodent’s depression models absorbed me. I was focused on analysing various data, using both commercially available softwares, as well as learning R-programming, which enabled me to analyse data collected from more advanced systems (e.g. RFID/AI-based tools).
