As the lead of two offshore aquaculture and nature inclusive design pilots and several nearshore tests I am currently expanding our activites.

About me

I have a degree in fisheries biology, worked in fisheries and aquaculture research and commercial projects in e.g. Germany, Canada, USA, Russia and Estonia. Since eight years I am working at the R&D Centre University of Applied Sciences Kiel as head of the marine biology department. Currently I am focusing on leading the two German pilots and coordinating all six EU pilots within the EU project ULTFARMS.
