Norwegian Seaweed Association (NSA)

Norwegian Seaweed Association (NSA) was established in 2021, after merging two regional seaweed networks. NSA currently has around 30-member organizations, where the majority are seaweed cultivators. Together with 50 associated stakeholders from R&D, customers and suppliers, NSA has formed the Norwegian Seaweed Cluster (NSC). NSC works on common challenges for an emerging industry, ranging from production technology and quality, to establishing regulatory framework and markets for seaweed.
