About
Using sophisticated plant tissue culture technology and proprietary bioreactors we are able to produce potato biomass (potato cells) with an extraordinary 34% of proteins up from 2% in a regularly potato. The proteins are highly soluble, contain the entire amino acid range, and have biological values equivalent to eggs. The cell powder has no colour, no after-taste, does not cause bloating, and exhibits all the great functionality and characteristics of potato proteins derived from waste streams. The method is non-GMO and is easily scaled to produce hundreds of ton of potato powder a year with very small environmental impact. The powder can be used as is in foods and nutraceuticals, even non-dairy milk. The proteins can be easily extracted and used in cosmetics, meat equivalents and more. we are looking for a strategic partner able to build and produce potato proteins for the Asian markets.
