With over two decades of experience in the printing industry, I have successfully managed Research and Development (R&D) groups specializing in 2D and 3D printing technologies. My journey began with startup companies like Landa labs, where I honed my skills and quickly transitioned to leading R&D efforts in larger corporations like Stratasys. This diverse experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of the industry's intricacies and technological advancements.

Aside from R&D, I have also excelled in managing Customer Success teams, bridging the gap between customers' needs and innovative solutions. This dual role has enhanced my ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages, facilitating seamless interactions with a global clientele.

Driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact on humanity and addressing pressing climate change challenges, I made a pivotal decision to transition my career trajectory. Leveraging my expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, I co-founded NitroFix alongside two visionary colleagues. Our collective vision culminated in successfully securing a seed round, laying the foundation for NitroFix's groundbreaking journey.
