Attending a matchmaking event offers a convenient and efficient method to connect with potential partners for collaboration.

30 minutes run fast, but they are crucial for building initial connections as they provide a targeted way to meet potential collaboration partners, allowing participants to quickly evaluate each other's interests and expertise, and identify common goals and synergies.

1. Register for the brokerage event

   • You can do it via the Register button on this page. Guide to register

   • If you are attending the matchmaking onsite, register to enter the trade fair via this link:

2. Create your profile to showcase who you are and what are you looking for

   • Create a clear and concise profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform.

   • In English, keep it clear and relevant to the event

   • It will be reviewed before it is approved and published.

   • Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. Don’t forget to add a pitch, biography, your skills, marketplace (increases the chances of finding suitable business partners. It allows you to differentiate those lines of business or product, as well as the type of collaboration that you want to enhance with your participation in the meeting) and interests to your profile. A good networking profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.

3. Browse profiles of attendees

   Go to the participants list to find out who you could meet at the event and who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities. Use the filters on the right or browse through your AI Profile recommendations in the My Matches section to narrow down your selection and find the most suitable collaboration partners that match your goals and interests. This allows you to maximize your chances of making valuable connections and achieving successful outcomes at the event.

4. Send & receive meeting requests and messages

   Browse participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event.

5. My schedule and meetings overview

   Access your meetings in My Schedule or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event, as well as the list of your meetings. Stay informed about last-minute changes (bookings, cancellations).

   Manage additional meetings on short term (send/receive/confirm requests).

AT THE EVENT:

• Check the latest version of your meetings' schedule through the platform.

• Be at the brokerage event location 5 minutes before your meetings.

• RESPECT other participant's time and show up to all your meetings.

• If an unforeseen circumstance comes up and you will not attend a meeting, please cancel your meetings through the platform. This way, the other participant will receive a notification.

SAVE THE DATE:

01/10/2024 Opening of registration and submissions of company profiles. Online selection of face-to-face meetings.

03/03/2025 You will receive an email with your detailed meeting schedule. You can also check your meeting online via the b2match app.
