Dietmar Erwin Ruttensteiner is the founder and managing director of Ruttensteiner GmbH, a consulting firm based in Upper Austria specializing in market entry and company formation services. Born in 1971 in Steyr, Upper Austria, married with two adult children, Ruttensteiner has had an impressive career. After completing his training in electronics and IT, he founded his company at the age of 22, which he has continuously developed into a recognized business consulting agency.

In 1993, he founded an agency for IT services in the B2B sector, which evolved into Ruttensteiner Business Consulting in the early 2000s. Since then, the company has offered comprehensive support in establishing companies in Austria and in developing new business opportunities. It is known for its unbureaucratic and fast solutions. In addition to consulting, its services also include operational activities such as assuming management positions, active sales activities, and the organization of company formations, accounting, and payroll. Ruttensteiner has now successfully served clients from over 20 nations and a wide range of industries.

In addition to his role as a management consultant, Dietmar Erwin Ruttensteiner also serves as a municipal councilor for European affairs, as an official in the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce, and as a lay judge at the Labor and Social Court in Steyr. He has gained international experience and relationships in countries such as USA, UK, Kazakhstan, Russia, India, Pakistan, and China and regularly gives lectures on topics such as business development and market entry in Austria.
