We are a consulting agency (since 1993) with focus on market entry, we do everything that our clients can start and do business in Austria.

In Short: This means that we support our clients in their search for customers, partners and suppliers in Austria. We offer B2B sales support and also take care of the establishment of a branch or a GmbH. If desired, we offer the establishment as a one-stop shop including address, managing director, business license and bank account. Turnkey, so to speak.

In detail: We take care about register a branch, founding a GmbH, chamber of commerce, commercial court, notary, tax office, bank account, accounting, payroll... Our clients do not have to come to Austria during the process, we can do almost everything for our clients with full power of attorney. Additionally, we can provide office space and B2B sales staff.
