IBK MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS GMBH was founded in 2001 as a spin-off of Institut für Betriebsanalyse und Kommunikationsforschung and IBK - System- und Softwarehaus GmbH with the goal of translating the results of consulting and research projects of those two elder companies into commercial products. A special focus lies on GOA-WorkBench®, a platform for Excellence based self-assessment solutions. IBK has intensive experience with EU funded project with participating over 35 since 1990. The Managing Partner of IBK is a certified TQM expert and Award Assessor for CAF, EFE & IPMA, and a Guest Lecturer at several universities on the topic of Excellence since 2010 and author/editor of 5 books on TQM and 1 on EU Project Management.
