Alina Russ is a Swiss entrepreneur and expert in personal branding, with extensive experience in digital marketing and business development. She began her career in the international hotel industry, holding various marketing positions at global brands such as Marriott International and InterContinental Hotels. In 2017, Alina founded Lola’s Kitchen, a food-commerce startup, leveraging the power of social media with “Zero Capital.” In just four years, she generated CHF 500,000 in revenue and secured a seed round of nearly 1 million Swiss francs.
Currently, Alina is the Head of Marketing at Dagsmejan, a fast-growing Swiss sleepwear brand. In addition to her leadership role, she offers coaching to early-stage entrepreneurs, focusing on digital marketing, personal branding, and scaling businesses effectively through social media. She is also writing her first book, which explores resilience as a female entrepreneur and shares her personal journey of overcoming challenges and growing a business.
