I am a chemical engineer, MBA from SDA Bocconi of Milan and Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt, who during his +25 years of career as a consultant/temporary manager and designer, has also held managerial roles in Companies in different sectors.

With a passion for innovation, sustainability and the development of new business initiatives, I have designed and directed – both  as a permanent manager  and as a temporary manager – projects related to:

1.       consulting and engineering in the environmental and sustainability/ESG fields

2.       design, project management and construction supervision of industrial plants

3.       production efficiency (operations), innovation and digitalization (IOT, WFM, WMS, ERP and advanced SCADA control systems)

4.       business development and optimization of the company's value chain (P&L/turnaround management).

In the following I make a short list of success cases:

·           comprehensive project for an industrial dyeing plant: process analysis, commercial proposal, ZDHC sustainability plan, and design & implementation of an innovative brine recovery and AOP system

·           R&D project and optimization of EMER technology - Enhanced Magnetic Heterogeneous Reactor - for the reuse of waste from exhausted batteries in the Advanced Catalytic Oxidation process of industrial wastewater (with a focus on sustainability and circular economy)

·           re-engineering of the manufacturing process and workshop layout (Lean 5S logic), production planning with MRP-MRPII technique, activation of the company's ERP production module, application for "Industry 4.0 program” incentives

·           project management and supervision of works of "Integrated contract for the revamping of a wastewater- plant with biogas production" (€6 million)

·           Lago d’Orta drinking water treatment plant project (more info www.bit.ly/ortagr )

·           design and supervision of works of the chemical-physical treatment plant DAF+ Enhanced FENTON wastewater from tank reclamation line; Request for authorization for the disposal of industrial liquid waste

·           Integration of CMS ISO22001 (food safety) into integrated system 9001-14001-45001- System Manager, Chairman of the Food Safety Committee

·           R&D programs in collaboration with POLITECNICO DI TORINO: "BIOADS" (exploitation of bio-adsorption for the treatment of metals in liquid waste) and "WBIOTOX" (complex indicator of wastewater toxicity)

·           design and implementation of plant revamping activities, platform management with the role of "Resp. Technical", waste treatment authorization, 14001+EMAS certification

·           "SMART METERING" project with implementation of WMS-Water Management System software for the automated management of grid balancing and leakages alerts with IOT technology.
