Luisa Spairani

Since April '82 Luisa has been working in the computer industry and coordinates the R&D projects in Net Surfing. She graduated in Theoretical Physics and cofounded Net Surfing in '95.
Luisa has over 20 years of experience in Asset Management and maintenance, gained in various industries, including P.A., Automotive, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Transport, Food&Beverage, Pharma and Infrastructure.
She has worked for clients in Italy, France, Luxembourg, Sweden and Africa. This experience includes senior line management positions and senior consulting roles.

A strategic thinker who is comfortable engaging and communicating with multi-faceted teams at local, national and global levels. An open and collaborative communication style allows her to build rapport and garner the best from teams to deliver positive bottom-line results. She has a successful track record in implementing large-scale and tactical improvement projects that deliver measurable, sustainable business value, and connect and align shopfloor personnel with achieving strategic business objectives. Her experience includes assignments related to Maintenance and Reliability improvement, as well as ISO 55000-related Asset Management improvements.

She is an ISO 55000 consultant and was previously a member of Ente Nazionale Normazione (UNI) for asset management standardisation. She was also an active member of CEN/TC 319/WG 10 Maintenance within physical asset management.

She is an experienced and knowledgeable engineer with strong leadership and management skills in the fields of project management, business development and asset management.
Her professional experience includes implementing Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and supervising the planning and execution of maintenance activities.
