About me
Michel Delanaye holds a PhD degree in mechanical engineering (Computational Fluid Dynamics) from University of Liège. After, he joined NASA Ames Research Center as Fullbright and Nato scholar, and later US National Research Council postdoctoral associate for three years. After which he returned to Belgium where he held positions at NUMECA International and later was appointed as General manager of Cenaero, a new Belgian aeronautical research. In 2012, Michel founded two start-ups: GEONX focused on the simulation of metallic additive manufacturing processes, which was acquired by GE Aviation in 2017 and MITIS which he still runs as a CEO.
