I am passionate about technologies, their impact on our society and how they can support our transition to a cleaner, safer, more resilient and inclusive society.

Looking back, here are some career highlights that I remember fondly:

* Unlocking the power of larger wind turbines by developing advanced numerical models with an amazing, distributed and very collaborative community within GE Wind. I learned more about complex numerical models and the Indian culture in 1 year than I had done in the previous 20!

* Although it was a tough time, leading 16 engineers to develop the largest wind turbines of the world is definitely something I am proud of. We achieved 100% retention despite several lay-offs, and managed to develop a real team-spirit despite being distributed across 4 locations.

* Delivering 70 wind turbines, 75 km from the coast, with an amazing team. We navigated through uncertainty and overcame challenges on this 1.4 B€ project. Through the project, we developed a level of trust with our customer, that enabled solving the hardest challenges.

* Complete a world-class Executive MBA while working. With an amazing cohort, we travelled to Brazil (FGV), Italy (Bocconi), Washington DC (Georgetown), learned a lot about each other and ourselves. This was a unique experience, guided by outstanding professors and a very special learning program.

For me, Inclusiveness and Transparency are the key to create cohesion between our teams, coherence from all the information, consistency between our processes.
