Our Story
The vision behind Pravaah began when our founder, Surbhi Agarwal, witnessed firsthand the environmental and ethical challenges in haute couture while studying in Milan. This journey sparked a desire to bring about positive change in the world of design. Today, Pravaah is a proud advocate for sustainability, using only natural, biodegradable materials and reusable packaging to minimize waste. Starting with just 14 thoughtfully designed products, we have grown to offer over 120 SKUs across a range of home soft furnishings, gift hampers, and sustainable lifestyle products.

Surbhi Agarwal, founder of Pravaah India, was born in Rishikesh and studied at Welham Girls' School, where she developed a strong sense of discipline and curiosity. She pursued a degree in advertising from Symbiosis International University, which deepened her understanding of branding and consumer behavior.
Later, her master’s in luxury brand management from SDA Bocconi in Milan exposed her to the complexities of global markets and ethical challenges in haute couture. Inspired to make a difference, Surbhi founded Pravaah India, focusing on zero-plastic, reusable, and all-natural home essentials. With a strong background in business and design, she is redefining sustainability in the home and lifestyle space.
