Advanced laser based welding

In my research I have developed understanding of laser and arc based welding, enabling processing of thick sheet welding by single, double and narrow gap welding. Using the same technique, it is also possible to weld in high strength steels (S900-1500) at in e.g. 8mm thick joints with 8-16 times higher productivity rates and improved quality compared to traditional arc welding.
