Maderik is a consulting company located in Southern Sweden (Malmö) with branch offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg.

We have long experience from the Swedish consultant industry going back to 1997.  We focuses on delivering long-term and qualified services, where experience, personality and driving forces are crucial for high performance and sustainable success.

Our organization consists of managers and consultants with 20+ years of experience from the consulting industry in a wide range of services. We are open and transparent so our customers can feel completely satisfied with our delivery.

Specialist consultants

We strengthen your organization. 

We offer specialists in a number of different technical areas. Our history is in project and change management and we have now expanded our delivery capacity to also include Risk Management, Software Development, Business Analysis, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Scrum Master, Business Intelligence (BI) and more.

Common to all our consultants is that we develop their ability to lead, both themselves but above all others. In addition to technical skills, we select employees who have well-developed communication skills and who therefore add extra value to your projects.

We recruit from all over the world, mainly from Europe. We work in close collaboration with the Swedish Migration Agency. We do this because we see that our clients in Sweden have difficulty finding the skills and experience that are sometimes required to develop their projects.
