About me

Our group, Experimental Quantum Engineering, uses experimental platforms based on neutral cold atoms and their Rydberg states for large-scale quantum processing architectures. We combine strategies for quantum control and quantum optics, along with neutral cold atoms and their Rydberg states, to engineer large, fully controlled quantum many-body systems. We aim to develop new schemes to realize large-scale quantum processing architectures capable of quantum error correction, and to explore open questions in fundamental physics, including quantum thermalization and quantum information dynamics.
