About me

Medical training: Completed training in pediatrics at the University of Antwerp and Ghent followed by a fellowship in pediatric oncology at the University Hospital of Ghent and the Princess Maxima Center for pediatric Oncology, Utrecht, the Netherlands. Currently working as a pediatric hemato-oncologist at the University Hospital of Antwerp.  

 Research activities: PhD research at the University of Antwerp, Centre for Cell therapy and Regenerative Medicine: A phase I/II clinical trial investigating the potential role of Wilms Tumor 1 loaded dendritic cell vaccination strategy combined with standard of care in Pediatric High grade glioma and Diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma.
