KCIL was given birth to in an era where buying of parcels of land for development and investment purposes have become a nightmare to some people due to protracted litigations, scare of land guards, and multiple selling of lands. Consequently, KCIL has been incorporated to assist hardworking and determined individuals to acquire their own property without the hassle that has been associated with the acquisition of land. KERTCITY Investments Ltd has also been in full operation since incorporation in 2013, eleven years now and counting.

Objectives/ Goals
Our goal is to make available litigation- free lands with a flexible payment plan and to sell to the individuals issues free land because all of our lands we acquired were done through the veins of due diligence and feasibility analysis. Also, we aim to restore hope among the populace with the desire to own lands and houses for future homes towards the attainment of peace of mind and freedom.
