KCIL was given birth to in an era where buying of parcels of land for development and investment purposes have become a nightmare to some people due to protracted litigations, scare of land guards, and multiple selling of lands. Consequently, KCIL has been incorporated to assist hardworking and determined individuals to acquire their own property without the hassle that has been associated with the acquisition of land.
