About
PREPARATION
It is prepared by peeling the outer membrane of the natural hazelnut, which has undergone heat treatment, and making it with 5% or less membrane, and reducing the moisture to the desired level in the range of 4-5%.
SIZES
9 - 11 mm, 11 - 13 mm, 13 - 15 mm, 15 mm + or 9 mm - 16 mm in single / multiple desired sizes.
AREAS OF USE
It is used in chocolate, confectionery and pastry sectors. It is also consumed as a snack.
PACKAGING
25 kg, 50 kg, 80 kg jute / nylon sacks, 25 kg, 50 kg kraft bags, 5 kg, 10 kg, 12,5 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg transparent, coloured or aluminium vacuum bags, in cardboard boxes or on pallets without cardboard, 500 kg, 700 kg, 800 kg, 1000 kg big bags.
