Diced Hazelnuts

PREPARATION

Natural, roasted or blanched hazelnuts are prepared by chopping / chopping into smaller pieces in accordance with the technique. The membrane ratio and moisture content of the product is adjusted to the desired level.

0 - 4 mm, 1 - 3 mm, 2 - 4 mm, 3 - 5 mm, 4 - 8 mm, 5 - 11 mm, 7 - 11 mm, 0 - 10 mm or 0 - 12 mm.

AREAS OF USE

It is used in ice cream, chocolate, biscuit and pastry sectors.
