Hazelnut Meal

PREPARATION

It is prepared by grinding natural, roasted or blanched hazelnuts to the desired thickness level in accordance with the technique. Dice ratio and moisture content of the product are adjusted at the desired level.

SIZES

It is prepared in 0 - 1.5 mm, 0 - 2 mm, 1 - 3 mm sizes.

AREAS OF USE

Used in cream, biscuit, pastry and bakery products.

25 kg, 50 kg, 80 kg jute / nylon sacks, 25 kg, 50 kg kraft bags, 5 kg, 10 kg, 12,5 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg transparent, coloured or aluminium vacuum bags, in cardboard boxes or on pallets without cardboard, 500 kg, 700 kg, 800 kg, 1000 kg big bags, 25 kg, 50 kg and 80 kg jute sacks.
